“Jay and his team were great to work with for the Guardsmen’s 38th annual Wine Auction, a black tie event at the Fairmont. Not only were they accommodating in arrangements for the band, but they worked with us in potentially merging our sound systems to save some money for the kids (something they didn’t have to do).
Oh, and obviously, Pop Rocks was awesome. I don’t think I’ve seen a major event like this, with an average age of probably early 40s, where the dance floor was LITERALLY ENTIRELY COVERED, from song 2 for 1.5 hours straight. It was a 30’x30′ dance floor, too. Not one of those tiny ones.
Get these guys if you can, but you’ll have to book in advance because they are one of the hottest bands in the Bay Area.” – John Pettus, Guardsmen 2014 Wine Auction Co-Chairman
